Sip Into Summer with Our Peach 75 & Non-Alcoholic Peach 75

Few cocktails feel as timeless and celebratory as a French 75. Crisp, citrusy, sparkling, and endlessly refreshing, it’s the kind of drink that instantly makes any gathering feel special. Inspired by this classic cocktail, we created our own tea-infused twist using our Peach Bellini Green Tea: introducing the Peach 75 and our Non-Alcoholic Peach 75 mocktail.

Whether you’re hosting brunch on the patio, planning a summer gathering, or simply looking for a refreshing afternoon sip, these peach-forward creations are a bright and flavorful way to celebrate the season.

What Makes Our Peach 75 Different?

Traditional French 75 cocktails combine gin, lemon, sugar, and champagne for a drink that’s elegant with a bit of punch. Our Peach 75 softens the sharp botanical edges of gin with a tea infusion made from our Peach Bellini Green Tea, bringing in notes of ripe peach, delicate florals, and a subtle sparkling wine character.

Fresh lemon juice brightens the drink while sparkling wine adds a celebratory finish. The result is smooth, balanced, and incredibly refreshing.

Even better? You can easily enjoy the same flavor profile without alcohol in our Non-Alcoholic Peach 75 mocktail, made with a concentrated Peach Bellini Green Tea base and topped with club soda for sparkle.

A Little French 75 History

The original French 75 cocktail was named after a powerful French field gun used during World War I, supposedly because the drink had quite a kick. Fortunately, our tea-inspired version delivers all the sparkle and sophistication with a softer, fruit-forward finish perfect for warm-weather sipping.
