Who doesn’t love a good spin on the traditional mimosa? Our Raspberry Tea-Mosa features Raspberry Champagne White Tea, Triple Sec, Raspberry Syrup, and a splash of Club Soda!
2 Tbsp Raspberry Champagne White Tea
8 oz 178 degree water
2 oz triple sec syrup (non alcoholic)
4 oz club soda
Ice
Optional: fresh raspberries or raspberry puree
Steep 2 Tbsp Raspberry Champagne White Tea in 8 oz 178 degree water for 4 minutes. In a shaker add 2 oz triple sec syrup and 4 oz club soda with a heaping scoop of ice. When tea is done steeping, pour over ice, shake, pour and enjoy. P.S. you can garnish with fresh raspberries or a raspberry puree for an extra fruity kick!
