Let this Tropical Passion Tea-rita transport you to a warm breezy tropical beach! It features our Tropical Passion Oolong Tea and is delicious with or without alcohol.
Make the tea syrup:
8g Tropical Passion Oolong
9oz 208F Filtered water
¼ c white sugar
Steep the Tropical Passion Oolong in boiling hot filtered water for 10 minutes and remove tea leaves. Add sugar while the liquid is still hot, stir to incorporate, then chill.
Assemble the cocktail:
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz lime juice
2 oz Tropical passion tea syrup
1.5 oz white tequila (optional)
Shake in a bar shaker with ice. Serve in a margarita glass with salt and sugar rim, top with club soda (leave out the soda if using tequila), and garnish with an orange or lime slice.
